Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional is responsible for functioning as a team member for the care, training, safety and supervision of the residents at Day Spring.  The Direct Support Professional is responsible to the Program Manager.  For more information please click here.

Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for every aspect of their campus which includes, but is not limited to - residents, staff, building/grounds and coordinating with other agencies and families.  The Program Manager provides direct supervision to the House Managers, Direct Support Staff and Assistants for their campus.  The Program Manager will meet and maintain the work requirements of a Day Spring Community Living Direct Support Professional.  The Program Manager is accountable to the Program Director.  For more information please click here.

Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for general administrative tasks and supervision of the Direct Support Professionals on duty.  The Shift Supervisor is an hourly full-time benefited position accountable to the Program Manager. For more information please click here.
