The Direct Support Professional is responsible for functioning as a team member for the care, training, safety and supervision of the residents at Day Spring. The Direct Support Professional is responsible to the House Manager/Supervisor. The starting pay for this position is $14.50-$18.00/hour depending on experience. The Program Manager is responsible for providing oversight to all Residential 1 and 2 locations including, but is not limited to - residents, staff, building/grounds and coordinating with other agencies and families. The Program Manager provides direct supervision to the House Managers and supervisors at each location and will empower managers/supervisors to provide clear oversight to direct support staff for their campus. The Program Manager will meet and maintain the work requirements of a Day Spring Community Living Direct Support Professional.

The House Supervisor is responsible for completing and managing administrative tasks and program activities for the house and provides services as a Direct Support Professional as needed. This position will be first shift and located at the 1522 Baxter Avenue location. The House Supervisor is responsible to ensure compliance and provide strict oversight to the direct support staff on the designated shift. The House Supervisor is expected to set a positive management tone for employees and demonstrate leadership in line with organizational values and goals. The House Supervisor is an hourly full-time benefited position accountable to the Program Manager.

The Life Skills Mentor is responsible for fostering a supportive learning environment and providing appropriate guidance to students as they build independent living skills. Life Skills Mentors implement identified action steps to enable each College for Living students to achieve his/her educational goals leading to increased independence. This is a part-time hourly position and reports to the College for Living Advisor. College for Living offers independent living in a campus atmosphere and is tailored to young adults with disabilities. Students enjoy a safe, responsive and nurturing learning environment where they can successfully transition to independent adulthood.

This House Manager position is for our 3-person men's staffed residence. The House Manager is responsible for completing and managing administrative tasks and program activities for the house. The House Manager provides direct supervision and leadership for house staff. The House Manager has designated administrative time but also provides direct care service as needed. The House Manager is an hourly full-time benefited position accountable to the Residential Program Manager. The schedule for this position requires one overnight shift weekly.
