The Accounting Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and compliance management. In addition to maintaining accurate financial records, the Accounting Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying any discrepancies and implementing new strategies to optimize our accounting practices. The Accounting Specialist will be trained to perform auxiliary support to payroll processing and will train on higher-skilled tasks under the direction of the Finance Controller. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities and reports directly to the Finance Controller.

The Resident Wellness Coordinator is responsible for ensuring processes and procedures related to wellness and resident medications are implemented accurately. This position will conduct consistent monitoring and tracking, will ensure medications are accurate and complete prior to distributing to staff, oversee the disposal of expired medications, and be a strong team collaborator with program staff, guardians, team members, and physicians. This person is expected to demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and provide approachable guidance and technical support to direct care staff. The Program Manager is responsible for providing oversight to all Residential 1 and 2 locations including, but is not limited to - residents, staff, building/grounds and coordinating with other agencies and families. The Program Manager provides direct supervision to the House Managers and supervisors at each location and will empower managers/supervisors to provide clear oversight to direct support staff for their campus. The Program Manager will meet and maintain the work requirements of a Day Spring Community Living Direct Support Professional.

The House Supervisor is responsible for completing and managing administrative tasks and program activities for the house and provides services as a Direct Support Professional as needed. This position will be second shift (3p-11p) and located at the 1522 Baxter Avenue location. The House Supervisor is responsible to ensure compliance and provide strict oversight to the direct support staff on the designated shift. The House Supervisor is expected to set a positive management tone for employees and demonstrate leadership in line with organizational values and goals. The House Supervisor is a salaried, full-time benefited position accountable to the Program Manager. The Qualified Medication Aid is responsible for overseeing and implementing medication administrations to residents on each shift in addition to providing direct care support. This position will collaborate closely with the shift supervisor and program team members for wellness, quality, and compliance needs. The Qualified Medication Aid is supervised by the shift supervisor. Shifts available include 6a-2p and 2p-10p with alternating weekend shifts.
