Graduates from the College For Living Residential Program
Alumni meet with a CFL mentor once a week for two hours. The graduate, family, and mentor work together to identify the routines, skills, or goals that would be most helpful to focus on.
Support is personalized and may include:
- Planning and preparing healthier meals
- Establishing or maintaining an exercise routine
- Practicing household and independent-living skills
- Reinforcing budgeting, scheduling, or organizational skills
- Supporting employment-related goals and routines
- Participating in community activities
- Maintaining social connections and involvement with CFL
The purpose is not to repeat the full CFL program. It gives graduates an opportunity to maintain the progress they have made, revisit skills when they need a refresher, work toward new goals, and remain connected to the CFL community.
The current cost is $280 per month and includes four two-hour mentor meetings.
